This manual machine is for making pasta by extrusion. Comes complete with 5 interchangeable dies for producing Rigatoni, Maccheroni, Maccheroncini, Bucatini and Fusilli. The unit is made from hardened food grade plastic. The control handle and the locking clamp are made of chrome-plated steel. The five dies are made from food grade plastic and steel. The size of the Extruder measures 10 x 5 x 7.5-in.
